Northallerton's premier ladies only health club providing tailored fitness programmes to meet your goals as well as exercises classes for all abilities. Welcome to Bodytalk For Ladies! Our club was established in October 2001 and are the only female health club in this area. We offer a fully inclusive membership with unlimited use, including a full range of aerobic classes such as, streetfit, kettlebells, spinning, pilates, yoga, boxercise and many more! We also have full use of a sauna, power plates, P.T sessions and inductions, all inclusive to members.
