What my lunches are going to look like from now on 😍 After doing a big #food shop in @marksandspencer @buttercraneshopping on Monday I'm back on track & feeling so much better 4 it. I got lots of salads with couscous, beetroot, avocado, eggs, tomatoes, spinach etc. With this salad I had #turkey breasts cut up & I will change it about to chicken some days too. #protein 🙌🏻 I usually prefer to take protein through foods but recently I've been trying out @fitnessfuelsupplements & loving their protein shakes. They are so much nicer than any I've tried b4 as you will have saw on my snapchat last night after circuits.
