The Lusty Glaze Beach tag rugby tournament returns for 2017! Our annual family friendly bank holiday rugby festival is back! There is a one day event on the Friday and a 2 day event over Saturday and Sunday. Fridays competition has group stages followed by knockout stages and a gripping final. For the two-day competition teams have games on both Saturday and Sunday. The results from Saturday determine which level of competition teams play in on Sunday. Games are played through the day progressing to knockout stages and floodlit finals on Sunday evening, there will then be live music from the amazing SkinTight Funk and Fireworks after the trophy presentation. Teams can be mixed aged and mixed gender and you can have up to 10 players in your squad with 5 players on the pitch at a time. Teams are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so the earlier you book the better! We've still a handful of spaces left so be quick! The beach is open for spectators and friends to enjoy the spectacle with our usual selection of delicious food and drink available. August is choca-block with amazing music down at Lusty Glaze... and we've got another FREE Sundowner Session taking place this Sunday 13th August with Waiting for Smith and Jem Kid taking to the stage together to show us some of their folky-acoustic magic... We're envisaging a sea view, a glass of wine in hand, hopefully a bit of sunshine and some gorgeous tunes... this is exactly how Sundays should be! 🍷🌞

What an epic night Symphony by the Sea was! Sunshine, one torrential shower, waving flags, classical music (including a bit of Poldark), opera, a beautiful sunset followed by incredible fireworks. Perfect!!!

Our Remixed Sundowner Session with Symphonica featuring Mr Switch, Hackney Colliery Band and Red Hot Chilli Pipers was totally incredible and watching this gives us goosebumps all over again! Thank you if you were one of our 1,000 party goers who danced all night with us on the sand and made it a night to remember 👏 We're looking forward to seeing these guys back at Lusty Glaze again in 2018. An amazing Summer so far... and still so much to come 🌞
