Mix of menus and deals The Hoggit and Hoof is an established independent steakhouse in the centre on Newbury’s busy marketplace. It offers a large range of steaks, all the classic cuts, plus the famous Waygu. Alongside that, it offers a large range of pork and chicken dishes, fish and shellfish, gourmet burgers, great sandwiches and a quick £5 lunch menu (for those in a rush)
The Chefs prepare everything in house, including breads, ice-creams and much loved desserts. They choose their influences from British favourites, American Deli’s and dinners and western European cuisine using a mixture of classic and modern techniques that will leave you questioning how.
The restaurant sources all of it’s ingredients from local independent suppliers from the Newbury area, including the long established and well respected Griffin’s butchers.
We have an excellent range of wines to suit all budgets, and well chosen bottled beers from around the world to marry an excellent level of individual and attentive service.
