Hi guys I really was trying to avoid a post like this but i need to do it hope you understand. yes there has been delays mainly due to weather issues. But the problem is majority of Flava Shaka customers/stockists are in the glasgow area and surrounding. Althought you had bad weather last week Zac doesnt live there he lives in a rural area in ayrshire which has had alot more snow and weather disruption! Hes not making excuses but its not just getting post out he couldnt get stock packaging etc in due to this! Its not just oh no snow one day put stuff outhe needs stock to do that. Im trying not to ramble apologies if i am. He has explained and put posts up but still constant nasty messages if these continue he will just cancel orders and refund as the abuse has been horrible and as his mum hasnt be able to help due to illness i think its terrible how people have spoken to him! He also dont forget attends school all day everyday and has been sitting prelim exam and gets home to hundreds of messeges every day and thus the more time on messages less time on packaging people need to read his posts and have a scroll through it would save him alotttt of time! At the end of the day hes a young boy learning as he goes along and trying his best if this is unsatisfactory then he apologies but he is doing his very best and in return being treated very badly at the moment. Please if u can just have a little patience this would greatly help if you cant be patient atleast try n be kinder about it thank you. Apologies if this has been long winded and abrupt but someone had to speak on his n his mums behalf !!! I hope this clears alot of messages up and people understand!
