As I'm sure you all know by now we have the Livery Yard and House up for sale. I thought I would give you all an update. the first people who came to see it offered us the asking price but unfortunately they still haven't sold their property. I have another couple coming to see it when I get back from holiday who have sold their yard in Newcastle and can complete quickly if they like ours. We have been full with a waiting list for the last few years however at the moment we have a few boxes free as some of our clients have left due to being worried about the sale. Everyone who has viewed the property so far wants to run the yard in exactly the same way that it runs presently so if you are looking to move or have wanted to come to Lindhurst in the past and been disappointed please give Anne a call on 0958397747 and she'll be happy to show you round. There is some very cold weather coming up this Winter apparently and its so much more comfortable both for you and your horse to be in an American barn rather than an open stable. Come and join us!
