Being an adult is weird. You go from thinking how many days off school you get to caring about which fabric softener Tesco’s has Priorities change & life evolves. The things you care about aren’t the same as 1, 5, 10 years ago. But one thing that remains the same is our worry about our health. I think most people love the idea of being healthy and living a full life A lot is down to luck and getting dealt a good hand. But there is loads we can do to HELP our lives. Eating better, finding exercise we enjoy limiting stress? Important we find what we care about and use that as reasons to go on ✌🏻

Tonight’s dinner. 1/2 a chicken & baby boiled potatoes. Takes 5 mins to prep, and about 75 mins to cook🍗🍗 • Put the whole chicken and the potatoes in the oven tray. • Rub your paste (your choice) all over the chicken & potatoes • Season with salt • Stick in oven for around 75 mins at 170 degrees This meal is definitely rivalling @dirtbirdchicken 😉🍗🥔
