I feel very blessed to have chosen a profession that after 20 years I still utterly enjoy and totally passionate about striving to ensure my patients leave my little clinic comfortable with a spring in their step! It rewards me on so many levels, professionally, intellectually emotionally and financially (that's gradually coming!). I get to have fun with what I am doing and I am in such a privileged position to meet a real variety of people with so many stories to tell. Often their feet can tell a few stories too. I am excited that this year I am going out of my comfort zone a little.I have booked a course with The Society of Shoefitters, learning in depth about shoes, the way they are manufactured and fitted and no doubt many other areas in the subject. Footwear plays such an under rated role in foot health. I am very keen to develop my knowledge in this area further.
