NEW WEEKLY EVENING KETTLEBELL CLASS. Come and join me for the first class on Wednesday 7th September at 7.30pm at The Charter School, Red Post Hill, SE24 9JH. This class uses kettlebells to develop strength and muscle tone. Set to music, the class will give you a whole body work out which will leave you feeling energised and strong. The class is suitable for men and women from beginners to experienced kettlebell users. This class must be booked in advance due to the equipment needed.
