A FUN ACTIVITY FOR CHILDREN!
We teach children karate from aged 7 years and above.
I am now seeing what this is meant to fulfil, the transition of junior students practising like adults. To see this progression happen is fantastic and incredibly rewarding.
A GREAT LIFE BALANCE FOR ADULTS!
Some adults have chosen to join our children’s classes, predominantly those mums and dads who want to enjoy sharing learning and practice karate with their children.
Our dedicated adults karate class promotes key principles based on self defence, health and well being.

We are holding our summer LINCOLN SHOTO BUDO weekend course on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd July 2016. (Practice times are Saturday 1pm-4pm and Sunday 10am-1pm). The course cost is £40 (and includes a Saturday night BBQ).
