Big congratulations to Tim Fryer on his 2.58 score and comp win. Ended the comp early I think ha ha low bodyweight and big lift won it for him. Nicki Harris second and Joe rigby third well done everybody.

This made my morning, Derek 74 and still training brought this certificate in from 1960.......all the lifts done in one night and marked in order to gain this recognition. Picture of him at the age of 20 too Awesome conversation and thanks for this it really did make my day. INSPIRATION.
