Hem's Curry Classes offers you the opportunity to learn how to prepare and cook authentic, home style, Indian cuisine. Hems has been cooking and study the techniques of cooking for the last 30 years. Many friends and family have experienced & enjoyed her cooking over the years and for the last couple of years she has been formally teaching others to cook delicious meals. If you've ever been frustrated that your curries don't quite turn out the way you had expected then you might benefit from attending one of the various lessons on offer. The lessons are small in numbers and the emphasis is on teaching and interaction so you can get the most of your time with us.
