Classes:
2 full time academies in Leeds.
LM BMMA HQ, First Floor, 2 Grant Av, Leeds, LS7 1RQ. (Roundhay/Harehills/Sheepscar/Meanwood area)
LM BMMA (The Basement) Kentmere Av, Leeds, LS14 1BW. (Seacroft area)
Classes Mondays to Saturday for beginners and advanced students as we have classes to suit all levels. Classes available:
Little Soldiers (4-7 yrs)
Cadets (8-11 yrs)
Adults (12 yrs plus)
Ladies Only (10 yrs plus)
Little Dragoons (Pre school age)
One to Ones (All ages)
Fitness classes
We also have a satellite school at:
Mothercare Crown Point
Little Soldiers 5pm. Cadets 5.30pm
Woodsley Road community centre
Thursdays

Class Description:
Little Soldiers:
Classes specially designed to introduce young children to martial arts in a really fun and animated environment.
Cadets:
The classes teach children important values such as discipline, self-control and respect. As well as learning Martial Arts and setting goals.
Adults:
We have an excellent adult Kickboxing and Military themed fitness programme, suitable for men and women of all ages and all shapes and sizes. Our Adult classes are designed for total beginners, male and female, of any fitness level, age or ability. Through safe and energetic fat burning classes we cater for our students every need - ranging from weight-loss to self defence. You will see an increase in self-control, self-respect and will learn about goal setting, combined with perseverance and determination.
Our classes can help reduce and relieve stress and are a great way to get a total body workout. You will achieve improved balance, stability, flexibility and endurance, whilst making new friends and above all, having fun!

Tonight saw our last of our May Gradings at BMMA Seacroft. A big well done to all the students tonight, Thanks to Joe (Dean) for helping and a huge congrats to Instructor Peter for all his hard work with his fab students. Absolutely buzzing from classes this week so far everyone is smashing it, students are learning the importance of countering and self defence! George is demonstrating his counter turn only learnt 5 minutes before. Well done guys keep it up.
