At Fitness Factory 2 you will find all the latest equipment and resistant machinery with highly skilled staff to help you get the results you want.
We have treadmills, bikes, rowers, cross trainers and resistant machinery along with a great relaxed atmosphere! Fitness Factory 2 is the the place to train and achieve your goals.

Our members often come from more traditional gyms with limited machinery and are impressed with our range of heavy and light resistance machinery, free weights, dumbbells, barbells benches and plate loaded equipment.
We have the right equipment and machinery to help you achieve what you want from your training. We have an excellent cardiovascular area equipped with the latest, hi-tech computerised treadmills, bikes, rowers, ski machines and cross trainers..
We have extensive boxing and circuit training equipment including heavy bags and other assorted equipment.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the first ever fitness factory 2 circuit class starts Saturday 22 April as 8am, come and join us for a fun filled workout and improve your fitness £5 for the hour, let us know that you are attending
Our scheduled legs, bums and tums class for the 17th of April has been put back a week due to the bank holiday, we will now be starting Monday 24th April 7:30-8:30pm, come and join us
New circuit class starting Saturday 22nd April 8-9am, class will involve intervals, battlerope, sledge pushes/pulls and more, £5 per class, enquire with James and Simon
