Hi ladies, Just a reminder to you that when you book through us using our app if you don’t show up to your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will charge the full cost of your treatment to your card (You have agreed to this by clicking ‘yes‘ to our booking terms upon booking your appointment) We send you all a txt reminder 48 hours before your appointment, so this means you have a whole 24 hours to let us know if you need to rearrange. This costs me a lot of money to provide an online booking system and to send you all txt reminders for every single appointment, which are still being ignored. We are still getting no shows and last min cancellations, I have changed the settings and cards will be charged the full amount automatically now as it’s unfair on the girls who are here waiting for you and who don’t get paid if you don’t turn up. This can seriously affect them as they have their own bills etc to pay. It’s not nice and the amount of people we turn away because we are full is crazy when we could fill the spaces if you would let us know. Thanks for taking the time to read the post, Nicola xx
