I've been a little social media quiet lately, but it's with good cause I promise. After a crazy weekend in Glasgow, I've spent the last couple of days with a fantastic group of therapists updating my Sports Trauma Management. Continued up-skilling is crucial. It's a small part of my commitment to keep both the Swifts guys and all of you in safe hands and receiving the best treatment possible.,

New month, new goals, new motivation! It's the first day of spring (although it doesn't quite feel like it!). For many of you it's time to ramp up the training and get ready for summer races and events. We're with you every step of the way. Bambi Shaw
Phheewww! What a whirlwind start to this week! Yesterday saw fixing, cold water swimming and finished doing this..... awesome to see the Swifts lads get a hard fought victory last night! The rest of this week is fully booked, but I have a few available appointments for next week Have a great week you lovely lot! 😘
