Today marks the start of World Water week! Do you drink enough water?? Your body needs water or other fluids to work properly and to avoid dehydration. That's why it's important to drink enough fluids. Its recommended that we should drink about 1.2 litres (six to eight glasses) of fluid every day to stop us getting dehydrated. With water always available from the Cafe Bar, water fountains all around the club, theres no excuse not to stay hydrated while you're working out!

The Steam Room & Sauna are now open! There are many benefits to each, here are just a few - 1. Improve flexibility - Getting heat into the muscle, ligaments and tendons increases the elasticity and can improve range of motion and flexibility in and around the joints. 2. Increase blood flow - Blood is shunted round the body at a higher rate which can improve recovery of tired muscles due to the higher demand for oxygen and nutrients. 3. Decrease stress - Due to the relaxing nature and heat the body will release endorphins to help decrease stress and inflammation built up. We appreciate all of your patience throughout the refurb. Thank you for your feedback so far!
