She’s going to kill me for this but 💁🏼‍♂️🍑 Just over a year between both pics - what started off at 1-2 lower body workouts a week, is now 4-5 training days a week and now I cant keep her away from the gym 😂 Training hard and eating good with bits of cardio added = results. No chasing numbers in the gym or training like a powerlifter, just hard work and training to look GOOD. Believe me it has not been an easy 12 months for one reason or another 🙈 but we came out on top 😎❤️Consistency is 🔑 @lauren_may_11 #transformationtuesday

I gave myself 1 year to change my entire body when I first started and @tomsummers.training has done it in under 3 months 👌 I'm now at my target weight so I finally get to start building that muscle ❤

Egg whites and sweet potato not so boring #Repost @lauren_may_11 (@get_repost) ・・・ DIET HACK #1 - how to turn your boring 200ml egg whites, 1 egg and 200g sweet potato meal into a potato rosti & scrambled egg stack... - - 1. Grate raw potato, season and mix with 1 whole egg. 2. Flatten as much as possible on to non stick baking tray, and spray with 1 cal oil and grill 3. Cook egg whites with jerk seasoning 4. Flip rosti, spray again and put back under grill 5. Cut into pretty circles and stack into layers 6. Cover in hot sauce, take a pic for the gram and pretend you didn't eat it in 0.1 seconds with your hands 😍😩🐷 - - #transformationtuesday
