💁‍♂️M e e t T h e T e a m🙋‍♀️ Ollie Trepte - Warehouse Assistant It's easy to forget that there are real hard working people who make up an entire company. We always strive to be different; to be personal and familiar - even online. So, every week we'll be running a short feature on each member of staff that make Trekitt, Trekitt. “This is my first job after recently graduating from Swansea University; I’m working in the warehouse to process the internet orders and generally help to keep things running smoothly. I've always been into sport, playing rugby, cricket and football at school and uni. However, due to the family connection, I was introduced to outdoor pursuits at an early age. My first "proper" mountain was Snowdon (via Crib-Goch) when I was 10; I then went on to enjoy climbing at Symonds Yat, mountain biking at Bike Park Wales and surfing in Swansea and Spain. My goal is to further expand my experiences; I plan to travel in South America, eventually heading south to climb in the Torres Del Paine.”

"I started my working life in the armed forces and was subsequently injured in Iraq in 2004. I spent the next 6-7 years on the long road to recovery and was fortunate to be a veterans mentor at an outdoor therapeutic intervention called the cart shed. I have always had a passion for the great outdoors and have been extremely lucky to be involved in some amazing expeditions; most notably the world record expedition in Chile where we built the worlds highest refuge shelter at 6150m, called Refugio Amistad (refuge of friendship). I’m lucky that my tribe enjoys the outdoors as much as me so we can be found climbing, hitting the hills or paddling in any spare time we have. I am fairly new to the Trekitt team; my role includes taking goods in and general warehouse duties."
