Other customer ripped off by someone who told her he was a joiner, he charge the this customer £125 for new fibre board underlay for hall and livingroom, clearly there isnt enough underlay in the hall and nothing in livingroom, cost to customer £125 for underlay £150 to uplift and refit flooring! £275 for a job that i had to uplift and repair! Shocking! Good jobs are worth waiting for? John Dunn

Ive had one of those weeks were people are asking me to repair or fix there flooring, not only is it costing customers money to buy new flooring and wanting a professional job but its costing them again for me to fix the problem ( im not complaining) but its very poor service here is some pictures of very poor job, which the flooring isnt running through in one piece but its not even finished, beading on wrong, no door checks cut, no wedge behind radiator pipe, chipped all over, not even cut into other rooms so it lines up with exiting flooring and the joins are not clicked in! Now cusstomer has to replace hallway and half the livingroom because of poor fitting. John Dunn
