A busy day today, starting with a quick trip to Willow Banks EC with the Medoc siblings, MedocCalvet and Miss Sixpence, unfortunately both were struck down by fourfaultitis despite jumping their socks off 🙈 I then had a flatwork lesson on Tempting Business who showed massive improvement in his canter and worked on exercises to get him to take the contact forward and relax. Finally I visited Jill of SmallerjTherapy for some physio, Jill said I abused my body and needed more regular sessions 🙈😂 and I’m now strapped up with kinesiology tape and have stretching exercises to keep me fighting fit # mustlookaftermyself 🤪 #idontfalloffonpurpose

Unlucky 1st fence cost us a win in the 1.15m today but Miss Sixpence was as awesome as ever 🤩

Busy clinic at SYKEHOUSE ARENA this afternoon and the weather was kind 🤩☀️ It was fab to have the opportunity to train around their BS fences and everybody was unphased by their brightness Next clinic at this venue is May 14th with spaces available

Another busy afternoon and evening coaching at Hill House Equestrian. With lots of work on the canter..... getting more energy in it, slowing it down, giving it different gears, holding it together, the list goes on. Safe to say that canter is key 🤩 Had a few unscheduled dismounts but pleased to report that every body is ok 😊 Next clinic at this venue is May 10th with a few spaces available

Mac is forward thinking and responsive to the leg and really would turn his hoof to anything. Mac hacks out and is fine in traffic but does find his surroundings spooky.
