All that we ask in return is a small donation that will go towards our defibrillator fund. We hope to raise £2,000 so that we can place a defibrillator outside our shop, so it is available to anyone who needs it in an emergency. Have You Tried Our Dry Aged Range Yet? If you've not tried any of the products from our Dry Aged Beef cabinet then you're missing out. All the beef in this cabinet is aged for a minimum of 45 days to provide our customers with an extra special cut of beef. We're delighted to let customers know that we now also offer Dry Aged Burgers as well (see link below to shop online). We've got: • T-Bone • Rib-Eye • Tomahawk • Sirloin • Fillet Steaks • Dry Aged Brisket Burger Don't forget though, the cabinet is only opened once a week (on a Friday) and the products are sold on 1st come 1st served basis, so make sure you pop into the shop this Friday and pick up a delicious Dry Aged Steak for the weekend.
