🥋🥋Thankyou to everyone who attended our group class last night at St Thomas Church in Gainsborough, great class, lots of effort from all our students and I don’t think we could have fitted another person in if we had tried! Its been a fantastic week so far for our students at Zanshin Karate Academy! Lots of red and green belt grading’s passed with great results at our after school clubs in Blyton and Laughton and a big congratulations to Nathan who passed his orange belt last night at our group class. Ohh, and not to forget a big congratulations to Donna who passed her yellow belt during her private lesson on Tuesday! Well done to you all 😀🥋🥋🥋🥋🥋😀

Karate is for anyone who wants to improve themselves. It’s for all levels of fitness, young and old. Why not come and have a go for yourself? We always make new member feel very welcome where you can raise your fitness at a pace that suits you and make new friends while learning self defence!
