Loch Ness Guest House is a new 4 star Guest House situated in the village of Fort Augustus on the Shores of Loch Ness. We have 12 ensuite rooms Loch Ness Guest House is a new guest house situated in the heart of Fort Augustus only a few minutes walk from Loch Ness, the Caledonian Canal and the amenities of Fort Augustus.
This beautiful granite stone-built Victorian residence dates back to the mid 1800's and reflects the character and splendour of that era. It is reputedly one of the oldest buildings in the village after the Abbey.
It was once called Carnoch and was owned by the Lovat Hotel as an annex for their main hotel. In the mid 1900’s it was a nursing home before becoming a B&B. The new guest house was fully refurbished in 2014 and is furnished to a very high standard.

Just to let you know we will be open for tea, coffee etc this coming weekend.. We won't be open Tuesday 8th February as we have a private function.. Apart from that we are open all week, so look forward to seeing you all and Thank-You for your support and lovely comments on our new venture... :)
