Recently we had the pleasure of catering at the Masonic Lodge for 70 people. This customer asked for a two-course meal consisting of either turkey or beef with all the trimmings (roast potatoes, vegetables, gravy, Yorkshire pudding, white pudding and pigs in blankets) with either lemon cheesecake or chocolate fudge cake with cream as a pudding. Last night we had the pleasure of catering for the Colours of Cluny V.I.P event at the Tollbooth in Forres. We supplied Prosecco and elderflower cordial, waiting staff and a selection of canapés (and edible spoons!) which included salmon, pulled pork, haggis, spicy chicken and beetroot hummus fillings, plus many more! Hello everyone! We've been very busy with catering lately so below are only a few photos that we managed to take from a recent event.
