Well done to our Penguins and all the swimmers in West Lothian that took part in the West Lothian Schools Cross Country Champions today👌🏻 Great to see so many swimmers doing well and making podium finishes! Just goes to show how beneficial swimming is to your overall fitness abilities 👊🏻🏊🏻🏊🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻🥇🥈🥉 Only managed to get a picture of three of our Penguins but we also had a first place in the boys 3rd year event, Conan, and many more participating 👌🏻

Peebles Stars of the Future gala results update We had 13 swimmers competing, Fauldhouse's first time at this gala which consisted of 15 clubs, and we were the 2nd best club, well done to all the swimmers 🐧🏊🏻👊🏻💪🏻🏊🏻‍♀️🐧👏🏻👏🏻 As a club we had :- 14 too fast swims 4 golds 5 silvers 3 bronze 28 personal best 26 first time swims And only one swim that added on time. Well done team Penguins 🐧😊 awesome results 👏🏻👏🏻 Thanks to the parents for all the support 👍🏻💫

Team Penguins racing for the first time at Galashiels pool in Peebles 'Stars of the Future' gala today certainly made their presence known 💫🐧 Right from the get-go each and every one of our Penguins got in the pool and raced their hearts out 🏊🏻‍♀️💪🏻🏊🏻💪🏻 We had 25m sprint events, 100m ones, including 100IM followed by 200IM for our older swimmers, and relays to finish off our afternoon of racing 👊🏻 Our swimmers enthusiasm, team spirit and efforts were rewarded with MANY personal bests, top 3 medal positions and also many 'I SWAM TOO FAST' speeding tickets 🎉💯🥇🥉🥈🚦🏎🎉🐧 Well done Penguins, great start to the season & keep up the great work #hardworkpaysoff #teampenguins
