Rest assured our dedicated staff will make every effort to get through where they can but some stores may be forced to open later, shut earlier - or in some cases not be able to open. SEVERE WEATHER STORES AFFECTED We understand our Ashbourne, Melksham, Presteigne, Taunton and Thornbury stores are closed today and our Gloucester store will close at 12pm. UPDATE Kingsbridge and Hatherleigh are now also closed. Taunton and Abergavenny stores due to close at 2pm to allow their staff to get home safely as the roads worsen this afternoon.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT Our Penzance, Helston, Dartington are closed due to the severe weather. Kingsbridge and Hatherleigh will be closing shortly to avoid undue risk to customers and staff. The remaining stores in the South West - Launceston, Liskeard, Wadebridge, Bideford, Tavistock and Otterham - are less affected but we will continue to monitor this status with the Red weather warning that has been issued. We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes any customer but, as our customers know, our staff will continue to make their very best efforts to get through this weather when they can.
