Sheep steady training - Positive ways to control your dog around sheep.
Depending on its age, and its basic obedience, we can give you guidance and tips on how to control your dogs around sheep.

Gun Dog Training
Gundogs have been bred for their specialised skills to do the job that we require. By taking this natural skill, John works to enhance it and build a working relationship between dog and handler. John runs a very successful team of gun dogs, which consistently do over 50 days work per year. This is all positive reinforcement based training, whether you are wanting to be in the line of beaters within the shoot or on the picking up team, he can start you on the right tracks, and work towards a good methodical worker and an asset to any team.
Basics with gun dog work include: Sit and stay, Stop to whistle, Return to whistle, Walk to heel off the lead, Steady to thrown dummy, Retrieve cold and warm game, safe water training. Group or 121 training available.
