#MONDAYMOTIVATION Here at BCA Fitness, we LOVE Mondays. It's the start of a new week and a chance to hit the ground running and get the week started well. But we also know people who dread the sound of the alarm going off on a Monday morning. Perhaps the following scenario rings true for you... A Typical Monday Morning: 🤬 Overslept 🤯 or wake with a headache through lack of sleep 😡 Trip on the way to the bathroom and stub your toe 😢 Open the fridge to find there is no milk - yes, by now we're crying 🤬 Stub your toe (again!!) on way to laundry room to find a pair of unmentionables 😱 Rush out of the door and realise you left your lunch on the kitchen table ☕️ Decide you need a coffee to get you through the morning and arrive at the Coffee Shop to find you are the 16th person in line 😱 Whilst waiting for your coffee you suddenly wonder if you unplugged your curling tongs!! 🤦You finally get served and in rushing out of the coffee shop you trip on curb, dropping your coffee and spill contents of your handbag on pavement 🙌 You get sorted and finally, make it to work and sit behind your desk "Monday is a state of mind. Put on your positive pants and get stuff done" Let's have a GREAT DAY :-)
