Leo's Beanery is an independently owned cafe/coffee shop just a five minute downhill stroll from Princes Street serving food and coffee we are proud of. Founded in 2010 Leo's Beanery is hidden in the basement of a Georgian tenement in the beautiful New Town of Edinburgh. Our comfortable, light, welcome space accompanied by genuinely friendly and efficient service, fresh homemade food and expertly prepared coffee means that we have forged a fantastic reputation for excellence every time.

Meet the Leo's Family! Charlotte, Supervisor at Leo's Beanery. Charlotte just completed her PHD in Physics last month. We will very sadly be saying goodbye to her later next month when she moves to London with her new job. From all of us at Leo's, we wish her all the luck for the future and she will be missed greatly by all the team and regulars!

Leo's will be closed the 25th and 26th December for Christmas. We are also closed the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th January. Please take not that the Beanery will be closing at 3pm on both the 24th and 31st.
