Shared Student Flats In Central Edinburgh With All Bills Included In The Rent I am a private landlord licensed by Edinburgh City Council (Registration No: 108813/230/29230)
I rent fully furnished city centre rooms in shared flats with other students/professionals with all bills inclusive.
All rooms come with freshly laundered bed linen on entry as well as Tv and the kitchen has a communal washing machine.
Each property has gas central heating, electric showers, double glazing and WiFi
All properties are within short distance of The Royal Mile and Edinburgh University George Square campus and full time students make up 80% of my clientele.
Students who are outwith Edinburgh can either have someone view room on their behalf or I can send photos and all contracts can be completed via email correspondence
Rent prices range from: Single: £77.00pw - Double £105.00pw
Deposits are £150.00 per room which can be paid in the currency of GBP or Euros and minimum period I rent is 1 semester when available.
I also accept students studying at other Universities within Edinburgh district but I do not accept anyone who does not have means to support themselves by claiming benefits.

There is a strict "No Smoking Policy" inside all my properties but smoking is permitted outside each property
