We are 2 mums who wanted to get quality but affordable clothing for our own children so we started Bairnz Boutique and here are our findings of unique, quality clothes at prices to suit mums purse!

ORDERING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Items posted for £3.95 or collect free from Kilmarnock

Payment can be made by PAYPAL, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or BANK TRANSFER.

To order send us a Personal Message with your order details and you email address, we will then issue a PAYPAL invoice where you have the option to pay by the above mentioned methods ( to pay by bank transfer please request details)

We request payment is made within 48 hours of order being placed otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

PRE - ORDER ALBUM
Items from our Pre-Order album will be ordered if we have a minimum of 3 orders per item.
If you would like anything from this album comment or send a message and we will reserve your item and will contact you for payment if and when the item is being ordered.

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE?
All our items are checked prior to posting and will reach you in their original condition. In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase please contact us.


you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you MUST NOTIFY us within these 7 days.
we offer an EXCHANGE ONLY policy ( unless faulty )
Items being returned must be RECEIVED within 14 days and in their original condition with all labels attached.

The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning items however postage for the exchanged item will be paid for by bairnz boutique
