2nd workout of the day & it was a PT session with Darren. I did ascending HIIT 30/30 running with a PB top speed of 8.0 & 168 reps of various weights in pyramid training. Working out over Christmas has really paid off. 💪😊💪

Well, that was the last Legs, Mums and Tums Gym Group before Christmas and it was a good 'un!! Six rounds of kettlebell and bodyweight tabata exercises. There were a few new moves including piston squats that really test balance and coordination. I'm Rachel Tappenden, certified Personal Trainer specialising in Ante and Postnatal exercise. I am currently expecting my first baby in April. I live in Dover and when I discovered I was expecting, I found that there wasn't very much locally that specifically tailored exercise for pregnant ladies and new mum's. So..... I thought that I would go off, study and find out for myself! I have remained active throughout my pregnancy and feel that it has benefited me greatly. I am keen to share my personal experiences with other pregnant ladies and new mums and help them to begin or maintain their fitness during and after pregnancy. I can deliver one to one personal or group training which can be specifically tailored to your needs. I have the excellent gym and studio facilities provided by Fullerlife PT at my disposal and also the great outdoors!
