Ceud mile failte! www.royaldornoch.com +44 (0)1862 810219 Dornoch Golf Club was formed in 1877, became Royal in 1906 courtesy of King Edward VII, and has always been operated as a private members club. However, since the very beginning, the members and the people of Dornoch have realised the joy that their course gives to golfers and the value of the tourism to the area so have welcomed visitors ever since the first ball was struck.
While Royal Dornoch is a private members club we welcome golfing visitors and members of other clubs 7 days a week so if you would like to come and see for yourself you will be made most welcome and our staff will be only too happy to help you.

The view from the GM's desk with the wonderful gift from https://www.facebook.com/Golfspast/ now in pride of place. This beautiful box has our 400 years logo embossed on the lid and a penny from 1877 (when the club was formed) on the inside. Golfspast supply us with player coins for the Carnegie Shield each year and this box is just another way they incorporate historic coins into a wide array of products.
