Good morning to all our lovely customers and followers. Just a quick message to let you all know about our opening hours over the festive period. We will be open next week: Monday 19th - 8.30 - 4.00 Tuesday 20th - 8.30 - 4.00 Wednesday 21st - 8.30 - 4.00 Thursday 22nd - 8.30 - 4.00 Friday 23rd - 8.30 - 1.00 Saturday 24th - 10.00 - 1.00 (This will depend on the volume of work we have or don't have) We will re-open for 2 days between Christmas and new year which will be: Wednesday 28th - 8.30 - 4.00 Thursday 29th - 8.30 - 4.00 Again this will depend on the volume or work we have or don't have We will then re-open in the new year on: Wednesday 4th January 2017 - 8.30 - 4.00

Dont forget your winter checks guys some people fail to realise the importance of having your vehicle checked for the winter. Main suspects are dead batteries, perished rubbers and tyres, freezing of brake fluid and rotting of body and brake pipes. Get in contact with us to book your check guys. Just a quick post to remind people of the horror story's of not maintaining your vehicle properly, we had this timing belt job in today and this was the state the belt was in when it was removed, this belt was a ticking time bomb and if left much longer it could have cost the customer £1000+ as compared to £200-£300 ish to change the timing belt kit and water pump. Keep on top of servicing and maintaining your vehicle guys and it will treat you well.

Contrary to popular belief we here at MIDAS MOT do still do MOT's to pickups. We MOT any vehicle up to and including 3000kg. If you are in doubt of what the weight of your vehicle is you can check on your log book or on the vin tag of the vehicle
