Please read before booking an appointment Treatments that i offer Volume eyelash extensions Classic eyelash extensions Lash lift and tint Manicure Pedicure Price menu Volume eyelash extension £60.00( light natural volume look ) Infills £30.00 (based on 2-3 weeks ) Classic eyelash extension £35.00 - £45.00 ( natural mascara look ) Infills £25.00 (based on 2-3 weeks ) Lash lift and tint £30.00 ( lasts between 6-8 weeks ) Manicure £15.00 Pedicure £20.00 Lash extension removal £10.00 My terms and conditions are put into place to ensure clients understand how i work and to ensure i provide a professional service. Patch tests - i am required to perform a patch test at least 24 hours before treatment. Without it my insurance is void and no treatment will be carried out. Infills - Infills are based on upto 3 weeks and must contain at least 50% of the extension left on, anything over 4 weeks or less then 50 % extensions remaining will be charged as a full set. Time keeping - I’m extremely busy and sometimes back to back with clients so please remember to always be on time with clean lashes. Make up - Please ensure all eye makeup is removed prior to your appointment. Time spent cleaning your lashes will reduce the amount of time spent applying lashes and may incur an additional charge. Non - refundable booking fee A non - refundable booking fee is required for all full sets of lashes. A £10 non-refundable booking fee will be taken at booking to secure the appointment slot and this will be deducted of your treatment price. If you cancel your booking with less then 48 hours notice your booking fee will be charged and is non refundable. Cancellations/no shows/late arrivals - i kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less then 48 hours is given, you will be charged 50% of your treatment price aswell as the next booked appointment being paid upfront in full. If you arrive late for your appointment , your appointment will still terminate at the allocated end time of your appointment.This is to ensure i do not run late for the next client as this will put me behind for the rest of the day. Refunds - I am afraid i do not offer any refunds. If you develop an irritation with your lash extensions within the first 48 hours of having them applied i will remove them free of charge. Also if you would like a set removed and a new set applied i will remove your previous set free of charge. Unfortunately i do not infill another technicians work.
