Flywheel in a pretty poor state too so a full replacement going in!

Who the bloody hell sticks a water pump in with Sikaflex????? Took nearly an hour to get out without causing any damage to block!!!! Hopefully the end of my finger with grow back soon!
Don’t normally do Mercedes but this sprinter belongs to a mate, common fault of a broken stud on inlet manifold causing the plastic manifold to distort under boost! Replacement genuine parts throughout and all four injectors removed, cleaned and resealed due to the common Mercedes leaking! Caused by using one 6mm stretch bolt to hold down the common rail injectors !!! Totally inadequate
Words fail me, searching for an annoying oil leak on a T5 transporter morning that I built up with a rebuilt engine (not supplied by me!) Stripping the front end and inlet manifold (no easy task on the 2.5) revealed an oil gallery blank plug not tightened or sealed !!!!! 👿 now to clean it all up and rebuild AGAIN! Oh what fun on a Sunday
020 gearbox strip down, it’s been a while lol
