Don’t normally do Mercedes but this sprinter belongs to a mate, common fault of a broken stud on inlet manifold causing the plastic manifold to distort under boost! Replacement genuine parts throughout and all four injectors removed, cleaned and resealed due to the common Mercedes leaking! Caused by using one 6mm stretch bolt to hold down the common rail injectors !!! Totally inadequate

Words fail me, searching for an annoying oil leak on a T5 transporter morning that I built up with a rebuilt engine (not supplied by me!) Stripping the front end and inlet manifold (no easy task on the 2.5) revealed an oil gallery blank plug not tightened or sealed !!!!! 👿 now to clean it all up and rebuild AGAIN! Oh what fun on a Sunday
