Another great session last night will the Barts lads 40+ at training last night , preparing for a massive game again Sussex uni this week , great intensity and focus , looked at creating chaotic situations , looking at how we implement an aggressive defence , and how we be expansive but dangerous in attack , also checked out Dan Abraham’s podcast on releasing carragher hell which has giving me some great ideas in trying to get the best player out of an individual , and working out what that best individuals game looks like

Busy week ahead , Barts lads back in action with home game vs Sussex , prep underway ,analysis and Debrief for Romford , and a first link up for analysis on Wednesday for clack academy in there semi final . All with different needs for analysis .
