This page is to be used as a noticeboard for parents and carers of children who attend Monquhitter School in Cuminestown. This page is run by the parent council and is designed to be used as a noticeboard to help make parents and carers more aware of events and goings-on at the school.

From Eco Group: Eco Group will be selling mixed pots of spring bulbs in school this week and next week. £1 large pot 50p small pot Proceeds to be split between Eco Group and ARCHIE Foundation.
Morning all, the FOM meeting this evening has been cancelled as unfortunately Mrs Gardiner is unwell. We will reschedule for a later date.

Just a wee reminder about Open Afternoon tomorrow, from 2 pm, we would love to see you there! Morning nursery parents can come along at 11 am. Looking forward to seeing you.
Look out for the March newsletter tomorrow! We have rearranged our Open Afternoon for Tuesday 13th March from 2p.m. Pop into the hall for information on Accelerated Reader, dyslexia and paired reading, then visit your child's class. We are also planning to serve teas! Hope to see you all.
Back to normal tomorrow everyone! Buses will attempt all routes except Tippercowan. Those affected could meet the bus at New Byth at 8.25 am. if they wish. Thank you.
School will open at 9.30 tomorrow to allow time for safe travel. There are changes to buses, which will pick up 30 minutes later than usual. Bus A Newbyth will start in NewByth and run the main road to Garmond then school. Bus B (Kay's) will start at Greeness and run the main road to Greens then school. Bus C (Gladys) will go to Everton, Idoch and Glenarran only. Thank you again for your patience.
School will be closed again to everyone tomorrow, Friday, due to extended Amber warning. I realise this is frustrating for parents but have to put safety first. Thank you for your patience everyone.
