www.jayneshipley.flp.com  Timeline PhotosI wanted to give you some insight into why I started my business:
Working from home isn't for everyone, but that's why this business is amazing! You can work from wherever you want, whenever you want. In the last 2 days my "office" has included a pub beer garden, my kitchen and a coffee shop!
So, why do I do it? After 11 years working in high pressure Social Work roles, in February 2015 I became unwell with a viral infection. I woke up one morning and couldn't walk in a straight line or string a sentence together. Over the next few months I underwent tests, took medication and had physio. It took me 5 months to recover enough to get back to work. The whole experience made me completely re-evaluate my priorities and I knew I needed to make changes in my life. I wasn't prepared to work long and unpredictable hours any more and wanted to prioritise spending time with my children, family and friends.
Around that time, a friend introduced me to the business. I could see that it could provide what I was looking for - the opportunity to work fewer hours and to create a better life for myself and my children.
I now choose to work part time term time only in a school, which means I'm at home full time with the children during the holidays, and am able to develop a business around this. You can work this business around your current commitments - whether that's a full time job, being a parent or studying at college or uni.

Is it a get rich quick scheme? No
Does it have the potential to help you to make positive changes your life? Yes
Is there the opportunity to qualify for generous rewards? Absolutely!
If you'd like to find out more about the business, then please either comment on the post, send me a message on Facebook or contact me on 07900980430.
I look forward to speaking to you!
JayneC9 Days 1/2
It's been a busy couple of days involving work, meetings about the kids, dog training and a quick trip to Wales!
Day 1 yesterday was fine. I drink the gel anyway so no problems there! Today would have been easier had I been more organised and had plenty of free food in the fridge 😂 I've drunk lots of water though so haven't really felt hungry. Cooking spaghetti bolognese for the kids dinner was hard, however it did make me realise how I've got into the habit of picking whilst preparing food... Unusually, both kids have asked to go to bed so I might get an early night too 🙂
Although I'm tired because I've had so little sleep recently, I'm feeling less exhausted and my stomach less bloated. This putting good things into your body to make yourself feel better lark seems to actually work!
That said, I'm sooooooo looking forward to my shake for breakfast in the morning!
Bring on days 3-9 😀Day 4 - has been "one of those days" where little has gone to plan!
I've still been good and stuck to the C9 though! Had to keep track of the calories this evening and realised I'd only had 300 at dinner time. Even the best meal planning doesn't always work when unexpected things pop up with the kids! Whilst they enjoyed their chips, I grabbed a tuna salad on the run so topped up the calories with a couple of yummy scrambled eggs when we got home!

So, today is Day 9 and technically should have been a 2 shakes and healthy meal day. However, 1,000 calories doesn't get you up a mountain! So today I've been powered by Argi, and a few more healthy options along the way to make sure I had a sensible number of calories for the activity I've been doing! Feeling great though and so glad I've stuck to the plan throughout 🙂

Today I've been convinced I was on Day 4. Seems it's actually day 5... This eating good stuff thing is actually pretty easy and my body is definitely thanking me for doing it! Remembered both my shakes and even had dinner sitting with the kids this evening. I warned you yesterday about my food presentation skills. I wasn't joking... It looks rubbish but tasted fab! Exercise today = running. Though I think my daughter got the better part of the deal!

I'd love to post a photo of my delicious food. 2 problems: 1. My food presentation skills are rubbish 2. I was hungry and ate them before I'd taken a photo!! So here's a photo of the box they came from instead...

Both of these are used by people who are looking for something to give them more energy. One contains caffeine. One doesn't! How many cups do you currently drink a day? Interested in finding out more about bee pollen? Comment below or pop me a message if you'd like to find out more!
