Hi everybody! It's Niall here, posting to keep you informed on what's been happening. I'm unable to get near my work diary as I'm hooked up to a thousand wires and machines in hospital. Good morning everybody! 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♂️ We have now settled into our beautiful new premises and it's going great! It's now gone into another business year, supplier costs and overheads have risen. We have had to adjust our hairdressing prices (not by much). We try to provide you with the best standards possible in service in nice surroundings... the best experience we can give, but try to keep pricing reasonable. We hope you all understand. To avoid any further appointments not showing, a cancellation fee system has been put in place. If you can't make an appointment, we will need notice so that another client can get sorted out. A fee will be the equivalent to 50% of the appointment value. If a client doesn't show for an appointment more than once and proceed to book a further appointment, we will have to ask for full payment upfront. Sorry to everybody if this sounds unreasonable, but there are far too many who don't show up and we have a huge cancellation list. This then results in wasted time and other clients not getting sorted. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope this will sort the problem. Niall

Flooring complete! Yesterday, we got our geometric tile floor installed in the reception area, basin platform and eyelash extension room. It's pretty bold, but we don't like to blend in 😋 Only a few shelves to be mounted in the retail and makeup areas, then it will finally be complete!❤❤
