We love Autumn at The Paddock! Back again is our signature dish: Wild Pheasant, Slow-Roasted in Herbs and Brandy, with Smoked Bacon, Chestnuts and Sprouts in Cream. Also on the menu is Roasted Wild Duck with Truffle Mash, Greens and Red Wine Jus. Paired with a starter of Flat Mushroom stuffed with Goats Cheese, Truffle and Leeks, you'll have the perfect Autumn meal! Our menu changes daily to reflect the freshest local provisions - call us to book or just stop in for a great meal!
