Lower back pain whilst working out is a common complaint Here are some of the main causes: • Not Using correct form during resistance training • Not properly warming up • Muscle imbalances • Under developed posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings and lower back) will results in the lower back taking majority of stress instead of sharing the load on the glutes and hamstrings what are much stronger and more capable muscles.
