So far i've enjoyed every cake class that i've put on but this unicorn class at the weekend- well there was just something about it that kind of topped them all! Fantastic creations to be very proud of- you lovely ladies- well done. Next up- 'Have a holly jolly Christmas' cake class in December.
Happy birthday to Cindy! This lemon and madeira cake was very thoughtfully requested by her friend to celebrate the big 50!! I loved being given free reign which enabled me to try my hand at painting the cake. I hope it was well received.
So it turns out that unicorns really do exist- especially yummy and colourful ones with meringue kisses on top. Looking forward to Saturday already!!!
