We have fitness classes to suit all abilities, 5 court Sports Hall, Gym, Squash Court and not forgetting our 25 metre swimming pool, and swimming lessons for all ages...even adults!

We had some wonderful #FitnessDay statements from people yesterday, as to why they spent time on their health and fitness. A lot of replies were around staying healthy in some way, shape or form. If you want to find out how healthy you are in terms of actual body age, then here is a great calculator to let you know how you're doing. As a result of taking this test, if you'd like any support or help in terms of your health and fitness, please come in to talk to us about using our facilities.
