**FULLY BOOKED - subject to receiving payment for all tickets. Please get in touch to be on the waiting list and to hear about next date(s)!** —————————————————— How better to banish those January blues than by spending a Sunday afternoon learning how to make real Italian pasta and drinking fine Italian wine! Join us on 21st January 2018 for our very special first cookery demo hosted by Silvio Pasquarella & Stefano Agostini from Red Barrel and Bacco Wine bar in Edinburgh. You'll enjoy a glass of Prosecco & olives on arrival followed by a demonstration of how to make three different types of pastas and sauces/fillings - one fish, one meat and one vegetarian. You can then try your hand at making your own pasta dough (which you can take home that evening) then we eat! Even better, you'll try three Italian fine wines, specially chosen by Silvio to accompany each pasta dish. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions during what promises to be a very relaxed and informative session. £30 per person. Only 10 places available - booking and prepayment essential. Over 18s. While there will be accompanying wines, you are very welcome to also BYOB as usual!
