Card received from customer following a full power-flushing of the central heating system - The customer's heating system was very ineffective with a number of leaking valves on the 15 radiators. We drained the system, changed all the valves, power-flushed the system with a cleaner chemical, hot flushed it and refilled with system inhibitor. After a quick balance of the system, it was left working well.

Solar thermal installation on a frame located on a flat roof, pointing due south - This was a solution to the problem of wanting solar thermal, but not having a roof aspect facing due south. The customer was happy to have a 30-tube array on an adjacent flat roof, mounted on a frame.

New toilet installed in out-building of Widemouth Bay timber-frame property - This new toilet installation had to be sympathetic to the property's character, and so we used munsen rings for supporting the 15mm copper cold feed pipe.
