GoXperience has some very exciting news that is very much in the ethos of what I do. After a very successful two day meeting with Gillie from Flow Yoga Devon we have partnered up to deliver Yoga and Paddle Board Yoga, along with exploring Croatia from the yacht. What a combination this is going to be. We have planned to offer the full package, so along with the Yoga, the exploring and the sailing we will offer a full Health and Well Being experience. The energy and thirst for life I got from Gillie ties in so well with what I aim to provide on a GoXperience week that it is a match made in heaven. Gillie writes for a local paper and in a piece that will be printed this week, this is what she wrote; "Whatever you want...ask. Not every Monday meeting is spent on a Paddleboard and then on a yacht off the coast off Split in Croatia, and I'm absolutely, thoroughly aware of how lucky I am right now. Although I'm going to find it even harder to explain how I've not actually been "on holiday" whilst away. I have a tan, some very holiday-looking snaps, and a healthy glow from spending time with people with a similarly positive outlook in life. My last two days in Croatia came about by what I thought at the time to be a massive stroke of luck and synchronicity. Just the day before I flew out, I had a message via Facebook from a yacht charter company asking if I'd be interested in putting together a package to run a Sail and SUP Yoga retreat with them. "Hmmmm, let me think about that...", I said to myself, for what may have been about five seconds. That sounds great, I thought, right up my street, but they said I'd probably need to look at the boat at some point before deciding whether it was feasible. So where was the boat, I asked. Croatia. Yes Croatia. Where I was booked to leave for the next day. So a quick and easy flight change meant that I've come straight from running my yoga retreat near Dubrovnik to a marina just 3 1/2 hours further north, and I'm spending a couple of days on a 51ft, 8 berth yacht, figuring out how or if it's all going to work. The hands of fate have seen me on another adventure, with a new business opportunity, and I couldn't be more excited. Within moments I can see it all working, but of course, I've got to "learn the ropes" pretty quickly and we set sail around the coast of Split whilst we work out the details. People think I've gone mad. How did I sort that so quickly? How well do I know them? Aren't I scared? Not for one minute am I doubting this. It's a contact of a friend who just spent a week with her son on the GoXperience yacht and I trust the whole process. I didn't think too much, I just went for it. Dining on my first night with some seasoned "yachties", people like me who haven't really followed the normal template of life, I'm in my element. Hearing their stories and realising we have the same outlook on life, I'm comfortable and relaxed and I'm grateful for this amazing experience. By day two we have a plan formed. I'm already in love with Croatia, having spent now nine days there, experiencing everything about the place and it's culture. All going well, next year I'll be taking groups out sailing around the islands, teaching yoga both on the beaches, the boats Stand Up Paddleboards. It's my dream gig. Chatting with Nathan, the boat's captain, I'm reminded that this isn't a case of luck. He tells me how just days before he got in touch with me, he'd had this idea of combining sailing, Paddleboarding and yoga, and he realised he needed a yoga teacher. He'd set his intention for what he wanted, and the answer came. For me, I knew I was ready for a new adventure, something for me, having felt a bit let down by others recently. My adventure came, and I'll never forget those couple of days, creating, laughing, living the life I want, in the company of people who inspire me with what they've done. My spirit is renewed and I'm excited about the future, and I'm reminded that whenever there's something I want, I need to ask for it. My Mum used to say to me: "You don't get anywhere if you don't ask". Or as another wise woman, Maya Angelou, said: "Ask for what you want and be prepared to get it". Amen to that." Dates for next season will be set very soon. I'll let you all know..... Nathan GoXperience www.GoXperience.co.uk

Had a great week with these guys from Israel . The week started with some bad weather but as soon as it lifted we set sail at 0430 to get to Stari Grad on Hvar for party time. These guys partied hard every night until the small hours of the morning, amazing stamina to party that hard and still move from place to place by boat. The boating highlights were the night sail with an amazing sunrise, anchoring up and mooring lines ashore in the pitch black at Carpa Diam night club. Personal highlights for me was the boys energy, their amazing evening meals and putting them through their paces sailing. These guys defiantly live up to GoXperience's motto; Live Life, Love Life. I'm off to sleep for a week.........

Quote of the Day. Sitting watching this amazing sun rise with Hezi on his last morning with GoXperience before he makes his way back to Israel , he came out with this peach of a quote. "After this trip I will change my life, no longer will I walk to work and back everyday. I want to be 20% like Nathan." I love my life. Live Life, Love Life

The Krka waterfalls in Skradin is an amazing place to spend the day. On the way we stopped off at my favorite anchorage for the night after some tricky anchoring. Only the brave venture into this tiny cove. Being brave we were rewarded with some excellent paddle boarding, swimming and with only 3 other boats a peaceful night. Life doesn't get much better and Tania looks like a Bond Girl in one shot. The kids loved swimming in the waterfalls, life long memories all because of a 51 ft yacht! Well, It's was another sad day yesterday. All the kids left the boat and now it feels empty. I loved having the kids on board, they all really blossomed on board, having adventures on small Islands, paddle boarding and generally doing what kids should be doing. It's the first time for GoXperience having under 16 year old's on-board for a week and I'm sure Jane and Tania Stone will agree that we can provide a safe and enjoyable sailing experience for families. It really has been amazing and you know everyone is having a great time when 7 days feels like 7 minutes.

A great family holiday with Tania Stone and her son, GoXperience doing a good job of keeping the kids busy. The kids love sailing and adventuring on the Islands by paddle board and on foot. It's been great to see the kids happy playing and not on their phone or tablets. Real family time. I love it, they love it and you'll love it. More to come. Live Life, Love Life.
