The exercise programs we offer consist of various bodyweight exercises and postures designed to strengthen and tone the muscles & tendons, boost metabolism, massage the internal organs, raise energy levels, increase longevity, improve the immune system and burn excess body fat. This goes hand in hand with building and living a healthier life.
The beauty of it is you do not have to be fit, co-ordinated, supple, or strong to do this but if you already have these attributes, beware, the better you can perform the exercises & postures, the more demanding they become!
In addition to this we also offer high intensity training programs consisting of various pad based circuits and boot camp style workouts. We are the only UK based centre to also offer a high intensity, dynamic yoga workout class called Daruma Taiso. This workout has been used by the likes of Jackie Chan and Jet Li.
We promote clean and healthy living and offer guidance in the areas of diet and nutrition to achieve balance for the mind, body and spirit. Whatever your goals we will endeavour to work with you to achieve them.

So all 8 movements worked through today. It's all been building to the final exercise which isn't for the faint hearted and this class could not be faulted! We're all seeing the benefits of this workout. This will stretch you, work your tendons, improve your wellbeing in quite a unique way. And don't be fooled...the final squat was held for a full 5 minutes with arms held out 💪 Give that a try and feel the burn!! Building up to 15 minutes in no time!! 😄 Practice when you can & have a great week guys! x
Training was long run for me today. London Marathon in just 14 weeks. This time around I feel so much better, so much stronger, far fewer niggles than my last attempt. I credit my healthier lifestyle, my supplements which have made such a difference to me and the addition of the Body Boost exercises to my training regime. Without a doubt these have made a tremendous difference to my stretching and my overall body strength. They also work so well towards injury prevention. Just love a throw it all together lunch. So quick and easy. Loving that rainbow effect! Leeks, spring onion, broccoli, tomatoes, peppers, mixed greens, walnuts, cashews, chorizo all stir fried in coconut oil. Served with spice sensation cous cous, sprinkled with feta cheese. Takes 5 minutes all in. Winner! 👍😋
Classes this week have been truly inspiring guys. In just a few short months the progress being made to master these challenging postures and exercises is fantastic. I'm very much looking forward to putting all 8 movements together and feel the energy and buzz in the room as we do. I'm loving teaching this workout so hope you're loving the journey with me. Clean chocolate mousse - 2 avocados, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 3 tbsp agave nectar, good squeeze of lime juice. Blend into a thick paste. Spoon into bowls and chill for an hour in fridge. Soak strawberries in some agave and lime juice for 30 minutes. Beyond good! 😘

Great Monday class yesterday. Such energy in the room! These postures are training and stretching the waist & obliques whilst focusing internally on the stomach, kidneys & spleen. This workout is improving the functioning of the internal organs, balancing the system & encouraging all to fire in sync. By working the tendons we are building a strong body to last into old age. And of course let's not forget the toning of arms, shoulders, upper back, flutes, quads...literally working and improving ourselves from the inside out. Keep up the great work! x
It's a new day, a new week, another chance to work towards those goals. Monday morning class is back today! I for one am really looking forward to it.
