Do you hate the word 'diet' as much as I do?
I know - I hear - diet.....urrrrr!!! :-(

Weight control is a very private and sensitive issue for many people - young, older, male or female. But - I really want to help you....

I too have done every diet from cabbages to counting calories, point collecting, weighing and measuring, eggs, fibre to carbs and the grapefruit too! Although some pounds were shed for a while...the only one that has truly worked for me is the Cambridge Diet.

So, firstly, a big CONGRATULATIONS for making the first step and finding the fantastic Cambridge Weight Plan. Secondly, a big CONGRATULATIONS for finding me!! (Only joking!!). I have trained to become an Independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant to try to help others achieve and sustain a fit and healthy lifestyle too. I have successfully maintained over a 3 stone weight loss for the last 3+ years - yippee! And - YUK - how hideous is my before picture?!

So, my questions to you are:

- Is your wardrobe how mine used to be - with all the sizes in it..?

- Would you really love to look in the mirror and see a big difference..?

- Did you say last week that you’ll start next week..?

- Wanna make a change.....??

DETERMINED TO TRY TO MAKE MYSELF FEEL BETTER. I have recently been lucky enough to gain a new client who has literally blown me away with her fight to make herself feel better about her. Yes we all have our challenges, some huge, some tough, some ongoing - but this lady has daily challenges that some of us can only try to imagine. She is poorly to the point that it can 'stop' normal daily living. She is unable to work, her partner gave up work to help her and look after the kids so money is super super tight on top of all the other challenges she faces. Pain, discomfort, struggle are words I have heard her say many many times - however, always followed by.... But I'm gonna do this, I'm not giving up. Humbled is not enough to explain how proud I am of her. Due to the level of Medications she takes-I have had to tailor the Step with Cambridge Weight Plan to help her stay well enough to try to lose weight. I am delighted, full of emotion and so so so so super proud to announce that in just the first 3 weeks she has achieved a massive: 1 Stones loss 5 inches off her waist 3 inches off her bottom and thighs 2 Inches off her back and bangers! And an inch off her arm And - has started exercising too....!!!!! Simply put..... WOW!!!!!!!!!

'JUST TRY YOUR VERY VERY BEST AND YOU"LL ALWAYS BE A WINNER...' Many of my clients will have heard me tell a story about my Dad... What has this to do with weight loss I hear you ask - well in my opinion, everything. When I was a little girl, I was not the most academic (needs to concentrate more in class!) but was quite sporty. However, every running race I entered a school girl called Sheridan also entered too. She had legs so long, was tall and always won. My last year at school I excitedly entered the 400m race only to find out later-so did Sheridan. I went home crying.... My Dad asked why I was crying. I said - I can't run as fast as her, because every time I try she beats me-I'll never win a race. My Dad sat me down and said: OK - you need to be totally honest with yourself, understand? He said - you must not lie or cheat but - if you can look inside your heart and say - I tried my 'VERY' best, then my darling girl, you will always be a winner. You will never lose.... I have lived my life by this - much to many peoples frustration!!! Yes, I may not achieve everything to others expectation, maybe not even my own - but do you know what, I always try my very very best and - that is good enough for me. So, weight loss..... If I could wake in the night and make a cheese sandwich and then go back to bed, eat a whole packet of biscuits through-out the day as well as my breakfast, lunch etc and nibble pretty much 24/7….yet eventually manage to tell myself NO….. I truly believe so can you…. How much do you want to change your life…?? How much does this really mean…?? Are you prepared to PUT YOUR LIFE ON HOLD for a piece of cake, cheese, that biscuit or whatever else…?? Does bad/junk food truly have that much control over you….?? Really…?? Really...???? Come on - if you don’t try, how you will ever know….? If you just try you might find you can... If you just try you might find you like it…!! If you just try your very best and don’t succeed to the level others expect you to - then who cares - as long as you are happy in your skin - that is all that matters…:-)) Isn't it....??? If you try and don’t succeed to the level you thought you would - who cares if it's made you feel better about you….:-)) Don’t try and you will regret it forever… Always do what you’ve done before and you’ll get the same result…. If you want it - you can do it…..just try….:-))) The cost is relevant of course - but also irrelevant.... The cost of not trying is so so so much greater…. Come on - risk it for a swis-kit!!!!! The gift of change.....:-) Having struggled with my weight for 20 years, yo yo yo yo yo yo....we know what that's like - I am the luckiest lady alive who is able to be the purveyor of the most amazing gift which if you want it to - will change your life forever...:-) Just like it did for me 8 years ago (maintaining a 4.5 Stones weight loss) and as it has now for Hatty too....
